1. Meet 'n' Greet arriving Clients Possibly the most important part of your client's holiday. We will arrange to meet your clients at a pre-arranged location near to your property. Following introductions we will take the clients to your property, familiarise them with the locale, show them how everything works and carry out an informal joint inspection to ensure they have all they need and that your property and appliances are in good repair and working properly.

2. Cleaning We offer a professional approach to our cleaning services. Responsible and trustworthy our dedicated team pays attention to every detail to ensure your property always looks its best. All your individual requirements can be met and your property will receive the same reliable and efficient 'superior' standard of cleaning and related services which we pride ourselves on. 3. Welcome Food Packs These 'Welcome' packs can be provided for your clients benefit to ensure a relaxing first day of their holiday. They are also a good idea for those clients who may be arriving early or late when the shops are closed (including the many Spanish national and local holidays). A standard pack is available (see prices page for details) that you could choose to always have in place or we can provide 'special' packs to meet your client's requirements.

4. Laundry We will ensure that all bedding and towels are laundered and ready for the arrival of your client's arrival. You only need to provide 3 sets of each (1 on, 1 ready for change and 1 in laundry)

5. Key Holding Our key holding services are provided to support monthly inspection, visitation of service providers (Spanish Spoken), acceptance of deliveries and security visits.

6. Inspection/Security/Emergency Visits Periodic visits will be made (frequency to be agreed) to ensure your property is secure and in good repair. An e-mail report will be made after each visit. Any emergency reports will be made by phone. Key Holding Tariff inc e-mail status report.

7. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance Generally this service will be regular cleaning of the pool (frequency to be agreed) cleaning filters, topping water levels and ensuring chemicals are in the right balance. Any other issues will be reported to you and can be managed by us through professional pool engineers.

8. Grounds Maintenance Keeping Gardens looking good is key to a good first impression of your clients. With this in mind we will carry out general gardening duties including cutting grass, weeding, flower bed maintenance, watering and tree/bush cutting.

9. Building Maintenance Whilst hopefully your property is in good repair they do need to be cared for to ensure the first impression of your client is a good one. We are able to offer tradesman quotes for the following services :- Brick laying, Plastering, Rendering, Painting, Plumbing, Electrics, Air Conditioning, Joinery etc. In addition we will manage those people whilst on site ensuring you are getting the standard of service you deserve.

10. Pest Control Our company is able to react quickly to eradicate small infestations of wasps, ants cockroaches and the like. However any serious pest problems will be managed by us with the work carried out be local experts.
